| 25 | The Boards of the Faculties |

1. The Board of each Faculty shall be appointed in accordance with the Ordinances. 2. The Ordinances shall, subject to the Charter and Statutes of the University, prescribe the areas of academic responsibility in each Faculty. 3. The Registrar and Secretary or some other administrative officer nominated by the Senate shall be a member ex-officio of the Board of each of the Faculties but shall not be entitled to vote. |
