Joint Committees |
| 30.1 |
The Council and the Senate shall appoint from time to time Joint Committees for purposes defined in the Statutes, and may by agreement appoint other Joint Committees of the Council and the Senate, either as Standing Committees or as ad hoc Committees. |
| 30.2 |
Except as otherwise provided by the Statutes or Ordinances, Joint Committees of the Council and the Senate shall consist of the Chair of the Council, the Vice-Chancellor, and other members appointed in equal numbers by the Council and the Senate. |

Except as otherwise provided by the Statutes or Ordinances the Council shall in each case appoint either the Chair of the Council or the Vice-Chancellor as Chair of each Joint Committee. |
| 30.4 |
Each Joint Committee shall report both to the Council and to the Senate. |
