Purpose
- Successful change usually involves changing the way people work, allowing for individuals to adopt and own the new processes, technology and ways of working required to bring about organisational change.
- Support for individuals through their change journey is key to manage wellbeing as well as performance. We need to ensure that those impacted by the change have the requisite knowledge, skills and abilities required to deliver the change.
Key Change Questions:
- How can we balance organisational and individual needs and priorities along the change journey?
- What processes, knowledge, skills and support needs to be in place for people to perform appropriately and effectively in the future state organisation?

12. Individual Change Journey
- Taking individuals through the steps of Awareness, Desire, Knowledge, Ability and Reinforcement (ADKAR) about the change
- Understanding of the personal impact and support for individuals in making the change happen
13. Knowledge and Skills Management
- Determine whether employees impacted by the change have the requisite knowledge and skill to meet new ways of working
- Develop training and knowledge management strategies to effectively enable the operational change
