I joined the University in February 2017 following 14 years in various roles in the private sector mainly focusing on process and system development within operational teams.

I am currently managing the deployment of a new CRM system and associated processes into our Student Recruitment teams. This project brings together enquiry handling, marketing and event management for our prospective students allowing us to map out their journey to Exeter. The system allows us to collate data from interactions with them and seek to improve how we encourage their application and offer acceptance.

I am also responsible for delivering Lean training at the university in order to assist individuals and teams to improve processes to deliver efficiencies.
