CRM Manager and Administrator

Joining the Student Recruitment Project in July 2018, my role as CRM System Administrator is to help to roll out and provide long-term support for the technical aspects of Microsoft Dynamics 365.

I have previously worked in a technical capacity for businesses and end users, providing support internally and externally for both software and hardware.
