Project Manager

I joined the University in March 2013 and worked in the Education Quality Enhancement Team supporting development of and consultation on the Education Strategy for the University. I also arranged the ASPIRE conference in September 2013. I joined the College of Life and Environmental Sciences in October 2013 as a project manager working with the Purchasing Team to review systems, processes and supporting structures delivering an improved purchasing service for the College. I moved to join the Change Team in October 2014 to work on the Transformation Programme where my focus has been on supporting service directors to establish a new service for Innovation, Impact and Business and re designed services for Research and the Doctoral College.

I also deliver training in project management to staff across the University.

Prior to joining the University I worked in various management roles within the NHS with a focus on service change, redesign and improvement. Most recently I worked as a Programme Manager in Bristol leading on commissioning and redesigning services for people with long term conditions.
