CRM Enquiries Management Business Lead

I joined the University in September 2015. Since then I have mainly been working on the Student Recruitment Project and I am currently assisting with the first Enquiry Management phase of the CRM project. Prior to joining the University, I worked for 13 years at the University of London in various roles across its central departments and the School of Advanced Study.
