Strategic vision:

Due to complete in 2018, Future Finance has roots in the University Transformative Programme.

The project is delivering new and improved finance and procurement systems. It will improve business processes, including budget reporting, finance processing, and purchasing, with appropriate automation from within a single professional organisation design.

Benefits:

The result will be a consistent and easy to use customer-centred service supporting University aims and ambitions.

The team set out with six key ambitions to deliver a vision, for:

• A single finance team
• Meeting the needs of our customers
• Supporting the University to sustain Global 100 status
• Providing quality information, insight and advice
• Whilst maintaing financial strength and integrity
