Strategic vision:

To ensure that lab space is readily identifiable to allocate to incoming staff and /or research projects, to accommodate future teaching requirements and to support student research projects. The project has three current areas of activity, current projects, future projects and data collection.

Each lab optimisation project will have benefits which fall under one or more of the following criteria

• Identified opportunity for increased research income
• Space brought back into action
• Increased teaching capacity
• Idenitifed increase in student experience
