Strategic vision:

Student recruitment is a major, on-going project, originating from the Exeter University Transformation Programme. It aims to deliver an optimised Student Recruitment Service, efficiently supporting prospective students through the journey from first enquiry to enrolment.

Anticipated benefits:

The project will deliver the tools and environment to:

• Improve the prospective student experience
• Support strategies to grow the size and quality of the applicant pool
• Maximise conversion, exciting and engaging offer-holders so that they will feel part of a distinctive Exeter student community
• Support research power through improved management of PGR recruitment and admissions
• Deliver efficiencies through optimised ways of working
• Ensure stronger compliance, corporate control and risk management
