Profile Set template

You can use the Profile Set template to display a series of six profile photos with accompanying text. For instance, this could be used to highlight key staff members that have worked on a research project, or information about speakers at an upcoming conference.

Images need to have the same dimensions (930x500 pixels), they should also be in the same style and ideally have the same background. The best profile sets are with photographs taken by a professional photographer all in the same day in the same location.  

The profile Set displays a maximum of six profiles, so should be used for a small collection of staff or students, rather than a whole department. Due to the image sizes they do slow down the loading of a page which needs to be taken into consideration for mobile users.  

To use this template a page must first be set up with the Page Structure v2 template. This determines the main page header ( H1) and text, which appears above the profile set.

The profile text provides information about the person featured. It can also link to their University Staff profile and relevant social media accounts.

Text should be no more than 75-100 words.

Images should be 930x500 pixels in dimension and in jpg format.
