Spectrum Life
- Spectrum Life is our Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) which is a confidential, neutral service provided by an external company to support colleagues at the University. One of the support services they can offer is support with relationships.
Mediation
- If you are experiencing challenges with another colleague you may wish to explore the mediation support the University offers.
External support
- The Citizens Advice Bureau has advice and resources to help with relationship and family matters.
- The NHS provides a list of relationship counselling services.
- Relate offers counselling services for every type of relationship nationwide. They provide advice on marriage, sex, LGBT issues, divorce and parenting.
- NHS Talking Therapies (previously called IAPT)- an NHS support you can refer yourself directly to for talking therapies, such as cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), counselling, other therapies and guided self-help.
