Professional Pathways
What is it?
The Professional Pathways programme is a suite of sector specific training courses and paid 35 hour internships that will take place in June 2025.
Training is delivered by industry experts, to provide you with a firm grounding in the relevant sector. Following the employer-led training, you will undertake a paid 35 hour internship. Please see the individual pages below for further information.

How to apply
Applications for Professional Pathways 2025 are now closed. The programme takes place annually and applications for our 2026 programme will open in late November 2025. You can register your interest in next year's programme here.
If you are interested in our Pathways to Scientific Laboratories programme, applications for this are now open! Please see the linked webpage for further information on how to apply before the deadline of 1:00pm on Weds 2 April 2025.
Please check the individual Pathways webpages for eligibility criteria. Most Pathways programmes are open to all undergraduate and postgraduate students from any discipline, year group and campus.
