Jenny Hudson

Independent Churches' Chaplain

Jenny is a member of staff at Belmont Church, and loves her role: walking alongside young adults and students in the church, helping them grow in their understanding of Jesus Christ and His love for the world, and what this mean in their daily lives. Previously she worked for 10 years with Friends International, leading a team of volunteers from various churches and the Exeter University Evangelical Christian Union in running Exeter's Globe Café and other activities to welcome and befriend international students.

She enjoys travel, films, music, and being creative: currently she is learning embroidery and origami and is keen to learn more skills! She especiallly loves welcoming people from all over the world - of any faith or none - sharing food, ideas and culture.

Jenny is always willing to listen, support, encourage, pray, or give practical advice on where to get help. Whether you want to ask questions and find out more about the Christian faith, the Bible or being part of a church; or talk about your experiences of settling into life in Exeter; or simply need a friendly face, a listening ear, and a cup of coffee, you're more than welcome to get in contact.
