Important notice: IT security - simulated phishing campaign

You may receive an email telling you that your fee payment has been declined. Please don't be alarmed. This is part of a campaign simulated by our IT Services to raise awareness of phishing attempts.

The campaign email will be sent from 'support99master@docstoreinternal.net' under the sender name “Student Finance”.

Please report the email message (and any suspicious messages you receive) using the Report feature in Outlook, and then delete the email. You can find instructions and advice on our website at https://www.exeter.ac.uk/departments/it/cybersecurity/phishing/ or by searching 'cybersecurity'

Remember: The University will never email you unexpectedly to request your personal bank details or give you bank account details for you to pay by email. Legitimate requests for payment or refund of fees will be from the Accounts Receivable (PS Connect) team directing you to the University’s ‘Make a Payment’ page: https://www.exeter.ac.uk/students/finance/makeapayment/
