Photography opens

To avoid long queues, we recommend visiting the photography studios either before your ceremony once you have collected your robe (during the morning ceremony, 9am-11am), or after the college reception event during the afternoon ceremony (3pm-5pm).

SID opens

Staff available for questions, directions and award document queries

Bag drop off point opens (Bag drop-off points will also be available at the main reception in Northcote House and outside the Sanctuary).

Please note that large bags and suitcases are not permitted in the Great Hall.

Ceremony Doors Open

Students should enter the hall via Main Reception (just up the hill from the main Great Hall doors)

Guests should enter the hall via the main Great Hall Doors

Ceremony ends

Please note that ceremony length may vary. All ceremonies usually last between 1.5 and 2 hours.

Forum Reception event

There will be a drinks only reception in the Forum after your ceremony

Please note that as ceremony times can very, timings are approximate - the reception events run for 1 hour following the end of the ceremony.

SID Closes (Saturday)
