Travelling to Exeter
Ceremonies for Exeter-based courses will take place at the Great Hall on Streatham Campus (EX4 4PY).
By Train:
Exeter's mainline train station is Exeter St David's, which is around a 15-minute walk or 5-minute taxi ride from the Streatham Campus. Taxis are available outside the station.
You can also travel to Exeter Central Station which is located in the city centre, around a 25-minute walk or 10-minute taxi ride from the Streatham Campus.
By Bus:
The Streatham Campus is served by the D Bus route, which includes Digby, St Luke's Campus, the City Centre and Streatham Campus. For information regarding the bus services in the city, please see the Stagecoach Website.
By Taxi:
Apple Taxis (01392 666666) have a dedicated taxi rank on Streatham Campus, and have offices at both Exeter St David's railway station and Exeter Airport.
By Car:
The M4/M5 links Exeter directly to London, the Midlands, South Wales and the North including Scotland. For detailed directions to Streatham Campus please see here.
Please note that, with the exception of pre-booked accessible parking, there is no parking available on campus for graduation guests. We would advise using public transport where possible to reach the campus.
Please note that parking on Prince of Wales Road and Streatham Drive is limited and owned by the City Council and not the University. There is a fee for parking here, which can be paid using the street meters.

Travelling to Cornwall Graduation
In the Summer only, Graduation ceremonies for Cornwall-based courses will be held at Truro Cathedral, 14 St Mary's Street, Truro, TR1 2AF.
N.B. For Winter Graduation, all ceremonies take place on the Exeter Streatham Campus. If you are travelling to Exeter to attend the ceremony, please click on the "Exeter Campuses" tab above for travel information.
Penryn Campus
By Car:
The postcode of the Penryn Campus is TR10 9FE. If this is not recognised by your navigation system, you can use postcode TR10 9EZ.
The M4/M5 provides a direct link from London, the Midlands, South Wales and the North to Exeter, from where it is approximately a further two hours' drive to the Penryn Campus. From the North, take the A30 west from Exeter until you reach the A39 signposted Truro. Drive through Truro, following the signs A39 to Falmouth. Follow the A39 towards Falmouth until you come to the Treliever roundabout, where you will see signs to the Penryn Campus.
By Train:
Penryn has its own station which is around a 15-minute walk or 5-minute drive from the campus. Please note that there is no taxi rank at Penryn station and taxis should be booked in advance by calling 01326 373007 or 01326 212141.
Alternatively, you can travel to Truro station, which is around a 20-minute drive or bus ride from the Penryn Campus.
By Bus:
The U1 bus service links the Penryn Campus directly with Truro Bus Station and Falmouth. For more information please see the Traveline South West website.
By Taxi:
Abacus and Falmouth Taxis (01326 212141) are Falmouth's largest taxi firm and offer short and long distance journeys including airport transfers.
Truro Cathedral
Due to the lack of parking in Truro, it is strongly advised that you use with free park and ride service that is offered to all graduands and guests between the Penryn Campus and the Cathedral (details below).
Parking will be available at the Penryn Campus and is free of charge on Graduation Day. It is best to allow ample time to park and board the coaches for Truro Cathedral.
If you are intending to park in Truro, please be aware that parking is very limited and you should therefore allow extra time to find a parking space and reach the Cathedral. The closes car park to the Cathedral is the Highcross NCP car park on St Clement Street (TR1 1DQ). Truro also has city park and ride services running from Langarth (A30/A390, West of Truro) and Tregurra (A39/A390, East of Truro). More details can be found here.
Graduation Park and Ride Service
The University offers free Park and Ride transport between the campus and the Cathedral. In order to secure your place on the Park and Ride service, please ensure you book this as part of your graduation registration. Limited numbers of tickets may be available on the day and these will be on a first-come, first-served basis. For more detailed information, please see the On the Day information pages.
