Timetabling

Students with timetabling queries should use the timetabling enquiry form in SID, search for category “Timetabling”

During the first two weeks of each term, timetabling staff are also available in person at Hub info points, Monday to Friday 10-12 and 2-4PM.

Students studying at Penryn campus should continue to use timetabling@fxplus.ac.uk to contact the timetabling team.

Online teaching Class Teams

Class Teams is a collaborative platform for module or Academic Personal Tutoring. This is being introduced for the new academic year. You will see the relevant Class Team in your Microsoft Teams Dashboard if the Lead Academic on a module you registered for or the Academic Personal Tutor has chosen to use the platform and activated it for the relevant module/Tutor Group.

If you should be part of a Class Teams but not see on your Microsoft Teams Dashboard you should:

1. First, check the Hidden teams to ensure that the relevant Class Teams space had not been accidentally marked as hidden. If that is the case, you can select the hidden team, click on the three dotted buttons on the top right corner and select ‘Show’
   
   
2. If the relevant Class Teams space is not available within the Hidden Teams space, please get in touch with your Hub Info Point who should be able to help.

Please note that if you have requested a change to your module allocation, there will be a delay in Class Teams updating.
