Welcome to the Penryn Online Module Fair 2025

Please note this page is for students based at the Penryn campus. If you are based at Streatham or St Luke's, visit the Exeter campuses page to see your options.

How to make the most of the Interdisciplinary Online Module Fair

The Interdisciplinary Online Module Fair will act as a guide to help you make the most of the options available to you at university.

If you are interested in taking any of the modules listed and would like further information, please contact the relevant module leader or your academic department.

It is important that you are aware that many modules will have limited spaces so you are not guaranteed a place and departments may prioritise students from their own discipline.

The modules listed in the fair are based on data available at the time of issue and are subject to change. You can check your programme's module options on the 2025/26 study webpages.

On the 12th March 2025 from 3-5pm, representatives from the following departments will be in the Upper Stannary to talk to you about the modules they offer:

  • Centre for Geography & Environmental Science
  • European Centre for Environment and Human Health
  • Foreign Languages
  • Humanities & Social Sciences, Cornwall  (History, Politics, International Relations, Environmental Humanities and Law)
  • Sustainable Futures (Business and Entrepreneurship)
  • Study Abroad
  • Work Placements

For Ecology and Conservation (CEC) and Renewable Energy students you have your own sessions to help with module choice, please check your timetable for these.

Take a look at the featured modules here if you're interested in seeing which modules are open to students across disciplines. Please note it is your responsibility to make sure that you are eligible for the modules you wish to choose, you can look up the module options for your programme on the 2025/26 study webpages. If in doubt, please contact your academic department or the module leader to confirm your eligibility.

How to choose your modules

  1. Research your options on your programme's 2025/26 webpage.
  2. Attend the in-person events for your discipline to talk to module leads and ask questions.
  3. Choose your modules via online module selection (OMS). OMS will open at 9am on Monday 17th March and close at 5pm on Friday 21st March.
