General - Wellbeing Services are here to help students get the most out of their time at University.
Wellbeing - We offer free, confidential support for students experiencing difficulties with their mental health and wellbeing. Students can easily book into drop-in chats with our advisors, either online or in-person.
Disability Support - Our advisors support students with a disability or long-term health condition, including Specific Learning Difficulties and Autism Spectrum Conditions.
Self-help and support - There are many online resources, audio courses and books which can help you to learn more about what you are going through and how to manage difficult feelings, at your own pace. We've gathered a list of free, safe resources for you to try.
Supporting studies - Wellbeing and AccessAbility advisors can support adjustments for studies, accommodation and exams through an Individual Learning Plan.
