Contracts and policies
If we offer you accommodation, you will be sent an offer of accommodation which you will need to read carefully and make sure it is suitable for your needs (even if it does not meet your stated preferences). You do not have to accept an offer of accommodation if it not going to be suitable for you.
The offer of accommodation will be made up of several documents and you should read all of these carefully as they will all form part of your accommodation contract.
If you are resident in one of our nominated properties, your accommodation contract will be with our partners and you should refer to their websites for contractual information about these residences.
