The UUK Student Accommodation Code

The University of Exeter has signed up to the Student Accommodation Code which protects your right to a safe, good quality place to live. It outlines everything you should expect from your university accommodation as well as your responsibilities as a tenant.

We are independently audited every three years to ensure our accommodation and management practices are at the high standards expected. As part of this, we report on any formal complaints made by students which relate to any of the aspects within the Student Accommodation Code. Find out more >
