Combine your Masters with a year working in Industry

Explore the spectrum of advanced engineering, taught by renowned experts who are active in internationally-recognised scientific research.

Our teaching combines science, creativity and critical thinking to solve significant challenges in society to ensure you graduate with the knowledge and skills of an in-demand engineer. You’ll have the opportunity to discuss the very latest ideas, research discoveries and new technologies, becoming actively involved in a research project yourself.

To suit your career aspirations, you can also combine your Masters with modules in Strategy and Management, taught by the University of Exeter Business School.

You’ll develop knowledge in both a specialist technology area and in management, particularly in the modern tools and techniques to support the management of a dynamically changing engineering business.

Exeter had everything I was looking for in a University: great reputation of educational excellence, passionate academics and support staff and a friendly, open, collaborative environment.

It also happened to be situated in a really beautiful part of the country, which was an added bonus!
