Activity Locations

All subject activity sessions will take place on the University of Exeter St Luke's campus. Some sessions may involve visits to the Research, Innovation, Learning, and Development (RILD) building or the Clinical Skills space. 

  • Session 1: Introduction/ Day in the life of a medical student
  • Session 2: Entry to medical school
  • Session 3: LSRC
  • Session 4: PBL/PDG taster
  • Session 5: Clinical Skills
  • Session 6: Careers/ clinical and holistic care planning

This subject activity strand has contributions from the following degree programmes:

  • BMBS Medicine
  • BSc Medical Sciences

Students must be studying Biology AND Chemistry at A Level or Higher IB

(Students may also be studying BTEC qualifications, but they MUST ALSO be studying the A Level or IB courses. BTEC or alternative qualification alone is NOT equivalent.)

In order to pass the programme, you must attend a minimum of 5 out of 6 subject activity sessions, as well as the Exeter Scholars Student Conference.
