The aim is to allow integration and internalisation of skills and knowledge. You will be expected to become a reflective practitioner, consciously reflecting on your own practice and adapting accordingly.

Your employer will contribute to the assessment of your performance in this module. Any issues with confidentiality and/or security will be addressed between the university, your employer and you, allowing for projects of business value to be undertaken using real data where possible. Throughout this module you will be in regular contact with your academic mentor.
