Data and Communication Requests

Admissions data requests provide a service that enables you to obtain figures on admissions data, acquire lists of students for your own communications within college and request the creation of communications to be sent to applicants via SITS.

There are two different forms; which one you will need to complete will be dependent on what you require.

Data Request Form

  • Lists of UG/PGT/PGR applicants for one-off college email sends
  • Applications data
  • Decision/Response data (i.e. offers, acceptances, declines, etc.)
  • Entrants data (where linked to admissions)
  • Entry qualification data
  • Any other data requests relating to UG/PGT/PGR applications and admissions

Communications Request Form

  • Emails that are required to be sent on more than one occasion
  • Emails that are required to be sent via SITS
  • Emails that are required to be automated
